Almost the whole year has passed since my last contact here.
There has been one reason why I almost neglected my homepage, and there is only one reason why I finally decided to fill in the newsfeed here again: but life needs to go on, no matter what it brings.
On the 24-th of July 2019 I was separated from Grace, the lovely Grace, who was born here in our household and lived the most fulfilling life here among the other English setters I have.
The loss of Grace was so sudden, but somehow as expected as it can be, because she was not feeling well for a long time already. Her passing was still such a shock to me, that I have needed a lot of time to get back on to my feet again what concerns all the doggy-life. I still feel so devastated about that I don't have my Grace here anymore when I think about all this. It is so easy to take a puppy to your house, but it is mentally so hard when there is time to leave forever - it always breaks my heart!
Grace was a dog with so much attitude of the true English setter. We travelled all over Europe with her, she was such a good companion and very friendly with other dogs with such a lovely character. I miss her so-so much!

On the other hand, at brighter notes, our other dogs have been doing well here, especially Branson, who has grown into a lovely adult now. We have attended not many, but still some dog shows with him this year and as a result he has finally made himself the Latvian Champion, which allows me to apply also for the Estonian Show Champion title at the beginning of next year.
If I will find enough inspiration, then we will also go to some dog shows during the next year, as the target of C.I.E. title and Lithuanian Champion title could be the reason of spending money on dog shows again.
